\nABOUT THE JOB<\/p>\n
Develop, implement, and maintain the HACCP plan in line with local and international standards.
\nConduct Safety & Hygiene Audits \u2013 Regularly inspect facilities and operations to identify hazards and Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company food safety policies.
\nDevelop Emergency Plans \u2013 maintain response plans for fires, medical incidents, and other emergencies.
\nFacilitate Training \u2013 Organize and deliver safety and hygiene training sessions for employees.
\nInvestigate Incidents \u2013 Review accidents and near-misses, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
\nCompliance & Standards \u2013 Maintain and monitor the EHS management system in line with ISO 14001 and OHSAS 18001 requirements.
\nDocumentation \u2013 Manage manuals, policies, logs, and HACCP-related records.
\nSustainability & CSR \u2013 Lead sustainability initiatives and support community impact programs.
\nPromote teamwork, safety, and asset management.<\/p>\n

\nABOUT YOU<\/p>\n
Education \u2013 Diploma in Occupational Health & Safety (NEBOSH, HACCP, Food Safety or equivalent).
\nExperience \u2013 Previous experience in the hospitality industry is mandatory, with strong practical knowledge in workplace safety highly valued.
\nHACCP Expertise \u2013 Strong knowledge of food safety standards and HACCP implementation.
\nSkills \u2013 Strong planning, reporting, auditing, and training delivery skills.
\nTech Savvy \u2013 Proficiency in Microsoft Office and IT systems.
\nEnglish and Swahili language proficiency.
\nCommunication \u2013 Excellent English, both written and spoken, with strong presentation skills to deliver effective training.
\nTraining Development \u2013 Ability to design and implement impactful training programs for staff.<\/p>\n
