\nA dynamic and growing organization in the hospitality and production sectors is seeking an experienced Maintenance Engineer who will be for planning, coordinating, and executing maintenance activities to ensure the\u00a0 smooth and efficient operation of all machinery, equipment, and facilities. The role ensures preventive and\u00a0 corrective maintenance is carried out effectively while maintaining safety, quality, and cost standards.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities\u00a0
\nMaintenance & Repairs\u00a0<\/p>\n
Conduct regular inspections and troubleshooting of machines, equipment, and building systems.
\n\u00a0Perform preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance to minimize downtime.
\nEnsure equipment and systems operate efficiently, safely, and in compliance with industry standards.
\n\u00a0Respond promptly to breakdowns and emergencies.<\/p>\n
Planning & Documentation\u00a0<\/p>\n
Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules.
\nMaintain accurate maintenance logs, work orders, and equipment history records.
\nPrepare reports on maintenance performance, issues, and completed tasks.<\/p>\n
Equipment & Facility Management\u00a0<\/p>\n
Ensure all facility systems (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, mechanical, etc.) are functioning properly.
\n\u00a0Coordinate with external service providers for major repairs or specialized services.
\nAssist in installation, testing, calibration, and commissioning of new equipment.<\/p>\n
Safety & Compliance\u00a0<\/p>\n
Ensure all maintenance activities follow safety regulations and company policies.
\nConduct risk assessments for equipment and facility operations.
\nEnsure compliance with OSHA, municipal regulations, and internal safety standards.
\nRecommend improvements to enhance equipment performance and reduce costs.
\nParticipate in energy-saving initiatives and operational optimization programs.<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience\u00a0<\/p>\n
Diploma or Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
\n3\u20135 years experience in maintenance engineering or a similar role.
\nStrong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
\nExperience with preventive maintenance systems and CMMS is an added advantage.<\/p>\n

\nAbility to read and interpret technical drawings and manuals.
