The role focuses on providing financial solutions, advisory support, and relationship management to farmers, cooperatives, agribusiness SMEs, and value-chain players. The RM ensures portfolio growth, credit quality, and customer satisfaction while supporting the bank\u2019s strategic objectives in the agriculture sector.<br \/>\nJob Posting Service<\/p>\n<p>Key Responsibilities<\/p>\n<p>Client Relationship Management<\/p>\n<p>Build and maintain strong relationships with agribusiness customers, cooperatives, SMEs, and value-chain stakeholders.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Conduct regular client visits to understand business needs and recommend appropriate banking solutions.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Serve as the primary point of contact for all client inquiries and ensure timely issue resolution.<\/p>\n<p>Portfolio Growth &amp; Sales<\/p>\n<p>Drive growth of the agribusiness portfolio through acquisition of new clients and retention of existing ones.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Promote the bank\u2019s full range of financial products including loans, overdrafts, trade finance, and digital solutions.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Execute sales plans to meet monthly and annual performance targets.<\/p>\n<p>Credit Assessment &amp; Risk Analysis<\/p>\n<p>Conduct credit appraisals, financial analysis, and risk assessments for agribusiness clients.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Prepare high-quality credit proposals aligned with bank risk standards and regulatory requirements.<br \/>\nMonitor portfolio performance and identify early warning signals to maintain strong credit quality.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Market &amp; Sector Analysis<\/p>\n<p>Monitor trends in the agriculture sector to identify business opportunities and risks.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Provide advisory insights to clients on best practices, value-chain dynamics, and financial planning.<\/p>\n<p>Represent the bank in stakeholder engagements with agricultural institutions, cooperatives, and development partners.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Compliance &amp; Reporting<\/p>\n<p>Ensure client files, documentation, and processes comply with internal and regulatory requirements.<br \/>\nPrepare periodic performance reports, pipeline updates, and market intelligence briefs.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Support internal and external audits as required.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications &amp; Experience<\/p>\n<p>Bachelor\u2019s Degree\u00a0in Agribusiness, Agricultural Economics, Agriculture, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Minimum of 5 years\u2019 experience\u00a0in Banking, Agribusiness Finance, Cooperative Management, or related sectors.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Strong knowledge of\u00a0credit analysis, sales, and\u00a0risk assessment\u00a0within the agribusiness value chain.<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Demonstrated ability in\u00a0relationship management, client advisory, and\u00a0stakeholder engagement.<\/p>\n<p>Excellent\u00a0analytical,\u00a0communication, and\u00a0report-writing<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Proven ability to work independently, meet sales targets, and maintain portfolio quality.<\/p>\n<p>Key Competencies<\/p>\n<p>Agribusiness value-chain knowledge<\/p>\n<p>Credit appraisal &amp; risk analysis<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Sales &amp; negotiation skills<br \/>\nCustomer-centric approach<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Problem-solving &amp; decision-making<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Stakeholder engagement<\/p>\n<p>Portfolio management<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Integrity and professionalism<\/p>\n<p>Sharing is Caring!
