\nWe are seeking an experienced and dedicated Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel and provide strategic direction. The successful candidate will plan, coordinate, and supervise activities across multiple departments to ensure smooth, efficient, and profitable operations while maintaining high service standards.

\nKey Duties & Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Supervise all departmental staff (reception, kitchen, housekeeping, administration, etc.) and set clear performance objectives.
\nPlan daily activities and allocate responsibilities to optimize operational efficiency.
\nManage budgets, control expenses, interpret financial reports, and monitor sales and profitability.
\nDevelop and implement effective marketing strategies to promote the hotel\u2019s services and increase revenue.
\nCommunicate professionally with guests, address special requests and complaints, and ensure overall guest satisfaction.
\nInspect rooms before guest check-in to ensure quality and readiness.
\nHandle maintenance issues, staff shortages, equipment needs, and property renovations.
\nOversee reservations, payments, and coordinate with suppliers, travel agencies, event planners, direct guests, and tour agents.
\nConduct regular inspections of hotel facilities and enforce strict compliance with health and safety standards.
\nPrepare and present performance reports, guest satisfaction updates, and operational analyses to the Managing Director.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Diploma or Bachelor\u2019s degree in business administration, Hospitality\/Hotel Management, or a related field.
\nMinimum 10 years of overall working experience, including at least 5 years in hotel management or a senior hospitality leadership role.
\nFluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
\nStrong understanding of hotel operations, best practices, and relevant laws and regulations.
\nProficient in MS Office; experience with hotel management systems (PMS) is an added advantage.
\nExcellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
\nStrong business acumen with proven experience in budgeting and revenue management.
\nExceptional decision-making, problem-solving, and multi-tasking abilities.
\nAbility to work well under pressure while maintaining high attention to detail.
\nStrong leadership qualities, professionalism, and integrity.<\/p>\n
