\nResponsibilities\u00a0<\/p>\n
Support and promote AME Maintenance strategies to deliver industry best maintenance planning<\/p>\n
Coordinate all Maintenance Planning activities for Mobile Fleet<\/p>\n
Develop and implement long-term fleet Maintenance plans to meet operational needs<\/p>\n
Analyze operational data to forecast future fleet requirements<\/p>\n
Coordinate with procurement teams for the Inventory and the Equipment spares needed<\/p>\n
Prepare and manage budgets related to fleet planning and maintenance activities<\/p>\n
Specify Best Practice Engineering standards applying to the Jobs<\/p>\n
Develop PM\u2019s and Standard Jobs Plan<\/p>\n
Responsible for upkeep of technical information on Plant and equipment<\/p>\n
CMMS (SAP) Management & Reports<\/p>\n
Participate in management meetings relating to UG HME and contribute to strategic planning<\/p>\n
Monitor fleet performance indicators and implement strategies to improve equipment reliability<\/p>\n
Produce Maintenance Daily, weekly and Monthly reports<\/p>\n
Monitor and report on fleet-related expenses and performance metrics<\/p>\n
Confirm next week\u2019s maintenance Schedule with Production at weekly Planning meeting<\/p>\n
Communicate effectively with management regarding fleet status, risks, and improvement initiatives<\/p>\n
Up-keep of Maintenance history database<\/p>\n
Conduct regular\u00a0Critical control verification\u00a0on the field<\/p>\n
Other duties as assigned by the Superintendent \u2013 Planning and Reliability.<\/p>\n

\nQualification requirements<\/p>\n
Degree in Engineering field
\nStrong computer skills
\nAt least 3 years\u2019 experience in Maintenance Planning
\nExperience on doing Maintenance Planning and scheduling
\nExperience in Maintenance admin & management<\/p>\n
\u00a0
\nExperience and competencies needed.<\/p>\n
Organization skills
\nAttention to detail
\nComputer skills
\nSound and correct Understanding of equipment reliability
\nSound knowledge of the underground equipment maintenance
\nSolid understanding of the functionality and operating principles of underground equipment
\nOverall understanding of the work management process & specifically the planning and scheduling components
\nUnderstanding of the materials management & procurement process
\nAbility to read and understand Machinery Manuals including Parts\/Technical and Schematics
\nAble to identify risks, define options based on constraints and safety implications of work
\nCan use the provided computerized tools to:<\/p>\n
