{"id":2908,"date":"2025-12-11T14:02:33","date_gmt":"2025-12-11T14:02:33","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/tanzania\/job\/compensation-and-benefits-coordinator-at-alaf\/"},"modified":"2026-03-11T00:50:13","modified_gmt":"2026-03-11T00:50:13","slug":"compensation-and-benefits-coordinator-at-alaf","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/tanzania\/?post_type=job_listing&p=2908","title":{"rendered":"Compensation And Benefits Coordinator  at ALAF"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Description<br \/>\nPayroll Administration<br \/>\n\u00b7Oversee timely and accurate processing of employee payroll.<br \/>\n\u00b7Verify inclusion of all new staff in the payroll system and ensure necessary documentation is complete.<br \/>\n\u00b7Review and confirm computation of employee earnings, deductions, and statutory contributions.<br \/>\n\u00b7Coordinate submission of payroll-related statutory returns (PAYE, NSSF, NHIF, WCF, SDL, etc.) within deadlines.<br \/>\n\u00b7Validate final dues for employees exiting the organization.<br \/>\n\u00b7Escalate payroll system issues or discrepancies to the Compensation and Benefits Specialist for resolution.<br \/>\nBenefits Administration<br \/>\n\u00b7Coordinate staff medical, pension, and insurance benefits in line with company policies and statutory requirements.<br \/>\n\u00b7Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee benefits records.<br \/>\n\u00b7Liaise with pension scheme administrators to ensure timely remittance of contributions and processing of member exits.<br \/>\n\u00b7Facilitate submission of all required pension documentation for new and exiting employees.<br \/>\n\u00b7Assist employees in understanding their benefits and resolving related queries.<br \/>\nCompensation and Policy Compliance<br \/>\n\u00b7Maintain compliance with company policies, statutory obligations, and collective bargaining agreements.<br \/>\n\u00b7Verify that loan and advance applications comply with the company\u2019s Loans and Advances Policy.<br \/>\n\u00b7Support job evaluation, salary surveys, and compensation benchmarking exercises as guided.<br \/>\n\u00b7Prepare periodic reports on payroll, benefits utilization, and compliance indicators.<br \/>\nData Management and Reporting<br \/>\n\u00b7Maintain accurate employee compensation and benefits data in HR systems.<br \/>\n\u00b7Generate and share regular payroll and benefits reports with management.<br \/>\n\u00b7Support internal and external audits related to payroll and benefits.<br \/>\n\u00b7Maintain an updated database of expatriate work permits and renewal timelines.<br \/>\n\u00b7Facilitate the renewal and cancellation of permits during employee exits, ensuring full compliance with immigration requirements<br \/>\nLiaise with expatriates and external consultants to ensure smooth transition during onboarding and exit processes.<br \/>\nRequirements<br \/>\nQualifications required:<br \/>\n\u2022Minimum academic qualification: Bachelor in Finance, HR, Accounting or related field<br \/>\n\u2022Professional registration: CPA Certification<br \/>\n\u2022Knowledge of labor laws, statutory benefits, and market trends<br \/>\nExperience required:<br \/>\na. General work experience (years) Minimum of 5 years\u2019 experience<br \/>\nb. Specific to the position (level\/discipline\/years): 3 years in a similar role<br \/>\nc.
