Inverter Team Leader<\/p>\n

\nAbout the role:
\nThe role holder will ensure the driving of solar inverter sales and manage a network of commission-based agents within a defined area. This role includes identifying and participating in exhibitions, recruiting, training, and helping agents, expanding market reach, and ensuring strong sales and repayment performance. Success requires strong field execution, deep local market insight, and the ability to translate strategy into tangible, on-the-ground results in a fast-paced device financing landscape.<\/p>\n
What you would be expected to do:<\/p>\n
Agent Acquisition & Development<\/p>\n
Recruit, Train and Certify inverter selling agents from existing internal pool of solar selling agents and also from external experience inverter technicians\/salespeople.
\nMaintain the required base of inverter agents based on quarterly goals.<\/p>\n
Sales & Productivity<\/p>\n
Meet daily, weekly and monthly set unit Inverter sales goals
\nMaintain an average monthly agent sales productivity
\nDrive sales activations through agents in markets through organised activities<\/p>\n
Portfolio Collection Performance<\/p>\n
Drive better inverter repayments through thorough agent training on collections, and help them in the field to improve repayment performance
\nHelp track First Payment Default (FPD) and AT Risk accounts and assist agents with resolution
\nOversee inverter accounts repossessions<\/p>\n
Team Management<\/p>\n
Set clear team goals
\nAlign teamwork with company goals
\nPromote motivation, well-being, and teamwork.<\/p>\n
Marketing Campaigns<\/p>\n
Digital Media Campaigns\u2014Develop social media campaigns to drive traffic and sales
\nDevelop targeted marketing activation campaigns in high-traffic locations, including malls, gated communities, etc.<\/p>\n
Customer Service<\/p>\n
Develop a client feedback and resolution dashboard to track customer issues and improve satisfaction.
\nWork with the After-Sales Team on warranty and after-sales service.<\/p>\n
Agent Engagement<\/p>\n
Attend the table meeting to keep driving Inverter sales awareness.
\nDaily agents visit with defined route plans.
\nEnsure agents have sufficient inverter inventory at the shop level while enforcing inventory policy compliance.
\nEnsure agents are properly branded per guidelines.<\/p>\n
You might be a strong candidate if you:<\/p>\n
Hold a degree from an engineering discipline or related field from a reputable university.
\n\u00a0Have a minimum of four (4)\u00a0 years working in an inverter systems sales role or the renewable energy sector.
\nAre a\u00a0 licensed solar PV Technician by EPRA (This is an added advantage.).
\nAre passionate about positively impacting the lives in local markets.
\nAre a strong team worker with great people-person skills to mentor your team to deliver on expectations.
\nHave deep knowledge of local markets (urban and rural).
\nHave Basic digital literacy (CRM, stock tools).
\nHave strong communication and problem-solving abilities.
\nAre willing to travel extensively (5 days\/week in the field.
\nAre comfortable working with MS Excel and PowerPoint.<\/p>\n
