The role focuses on enabling people, processes, and technology changes through structured management methodologies, stakeholder engagement, and communication plans. Acts as a trusted advisor to business leaders, ensuring alignment between change objectives and organizational goals.<\/p>\n<p>Main Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>Design and implement change management framework across the bank.<br \/>\nCraft tailored change management strategies that will increase adoption level across all change management to minimize resistance<br \/>\nClosely manage key stakeholders such as Project Sponsors to ensure they are updated on progress of Change Management initiatives<br \/>\nEnsure all projects or Business Initiatives have a comprehensive change management strategy<br \/>\nDevelop and track change management Key Performance Indicators<br \/>\nDefine and identify potential risks that are likely to affect change management initiatives.<br \/>\nWork closely with Business, Project and Technology to identify initiatives that require Change Management<br \/>\nPrepare and submit Regular Change Management Reports (Monthly, Quarterly and Annual Reports) and recommended actions<br \/>\nEnsure Change Management creates value to all stakeholders and quantify the contribution<br \/>\nCreate a Change Management Dashboard that will help the HR management team make informed decisions on change management initiatives<br \/>\nRegularly evaluate number of changes that are likely to cause saturation and affect change adoption<br \/>\nCraft change management initiatives within the allocated budget to ensure there is no overspending<br \/>\nRegularly evaluate change management initiatives per global standards.<\/p>\n<p>Knowledge and Skills:<\/p>\n<p>Understanding of change management methodologies such as ADKAR Model, Lewins Model, Nudge theory and any other relevant models<br \/>\nSound Understanding of Stakeholder Level of Influence and Impact in Change<br \/>\nStrong stakeholder management skills.<br \/>\nGood listening and communication (including public speaking and presentation) skills.<br \/>\nBusiness acumen.<br \/>\nProject management and planning skills.<br \/>\nAnalytical mindset and critical thinking.<br \/>\nGood problem-solving skills.<br \/>\nTeam player and able to collaborate with larger cross functional and diverse background groups.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications and Experience:<\/p>\n<p>Bachelor\u2019s degree in ICT, Business, Economics, HR, or a related field of study from a reputable university<br \/>\nChange Management certification (PROSCI or CCMP)<br \/>\nMaster\u2019s degree in business studies is an added advantage<br \/>\nBanking certification(s) is an added advantage<br \/>\n4 years of applicable Change management experience (Financial services industry is an added advantage).<br \/>\nNMB Bank Plc is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
