{"id":2979,"date":"2025-12-25T02:02:58","date_gmt":"2025-12-25T02:02:58","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/tanzania\/job\/human-resource-assistant-at-eezy-group\/"},"modified":"2026-03-18T00:50:12","modified_gmt":"2026-03-18T00:50:12","slug":"human-resource-assistant-at-eezy-group","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/tanzania\/?post_type=job_listing&p=2979","title":{"rendered":"Human Resource Assistant at Eezy Group"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Human Resource Assistant<br \/>\nJob Overview<br \/>\nJob Title: Human Resource Assistant<br \/>\nSection\/Unit: HR<br \/>\nLocation: Dar es Salaam<br \/>\nJob Posting Service<br \/>\nPosition Details<\/p>\n<p>Ensure all new staff and their personnel files contain all the required Documents both in hard and in soft.<br \/>\nEnsure that all contracts are attached with detailed and signed Job Description as well as the Code of Conduct.<br \/>\nStaff file leave tracking tool, staff leave records, leave of Conduct have signed that specific codes related to the Job i.e. Recovery Agents valuers, Technicians, ensure update of the same as required.<br \/>\nPrepare an Induction schedule and share it with the respective individuals in time to prepare and ensure all staff have all gone through all onboarding requirements.<br \/>\nOnboard confirmed staff to the Medical Scheme as soon as they qualify and ensure they have their cards by following with the provider, act as main contact person to assist staff who are in the hospital and need assistance both outpatient and inpatient. Share the panel of hospitals to staff.<br \/>\nCheck with HUDs on any review of the current JDs and ensure the updated signed JD is kept in the file.<br \/>\nPrepare annual Leave calendar by requesting the respective HUDs to share for their respective direct reports and putting the schedule together for work planning purposes.<br \/>\nTrack Leave utilization by all staff and advise various HUDs on outstanding leave balances per person to ensure staff take leave to avoid loss of days as well as reduce on leave liability provision.<br \/>\nEnsure New staff have their Training letters and fill the Imprest form for facilitation of the allowances and follow up with finance to ensure facilitation is provided.<br \/>\nSend a list of New expected staff expected Uniforms and Equipment to the Group HR manager to ensure these are prepared well in advance.<br \/>\nPrepare Attendance list and after Training reports to be kept in the Training file, for all new Staff, Elites, and any other Training conducted. All new Staff MUST have an Induction schedule signed at its Stage of Induction by the respective HUD together with the Content they are trained on.<br \/>\nManage and keep all Staff files within his\/her reach with utmost Care and confidentiality.<br \/>\nEnsure the Exits have all the procedures followed and relevant documents kept in the Exit Files namely, resignation\/termination letter, Clearance letter, Exit interview, Final Dues tabulation all signed by the relevant persons.<br \/>\nMember of the Health and Safety Committee, planning of quarterly meetings taking of minutes, planning on sensitization forums on the same, and ensuring fire and safety in the workplace.
