TANICA invites Tanzanian applicants with suitable qualifications and experience to fill the following available vacancies:<br \/>\n\u00a0International\u00a0Job Listings<br \/>\nPersonal Secretary (1 Post)<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n<p>Preparing and maintaining records of meetings, correspondence, and other official documents.<br \/>\nPreparing meetings extracts and arrangements.<br \/>\nTo make sure that office environment is tidy.<br \/>\nManaging schedules, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior staff.<br \/>\nReceiving and directing visitors and telephone calls appropriately.<br \/>\nAssisting with general office administrative tasks.<br \/>\nMaintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times.<\/p>\n<p>Qualifications and Experience:<\/p>\n<p>Diploma in Secretarial Studies (NTA \u2013 Level 6) or office management or equivalent qualifications from a recognized institution.<br \/>\nMust have passed both short hand (English) and Kiswahili (hatimkato) at a speed of 100 wpm.<br \/>\nProficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Internet, Email and Publisher.<br \/>\nMinimum of three (3) years working experience.<br \/>\nStrong written and verbal communication skills in both English and Kiswahili.<\/p>\n<p>Sharing is Caring!
