We are hereby inviting qualified citizens of Tanzania to be part of our team for the following positions. \nPosition: Loan Officers (LO\u2019s) \u2013 50 Posts
\nJob Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
To build and maintain a substantial and high-quality loan portfolio.
\nTo conduct members recruitment and screening.
\nTo orient clients to the particular loan products and services.
\nTo make groups in all working days in a week, minimum Total clients will be 350.
\nMake a regular contact with the groups and clients in field.
\nTo process loan applications, verify client\u2019s income generating activities (IGA) and other related.
\nCollect installments from the clients in groups on regular basis and on time.
\nTo manage loan disbursements and monitor & collect loan repayments.
\nVerify clients\u2019 Guarantor\u2019s house and other necessary documents.
\nTo provide quality and good customer service to clients.
\nTo accomplish day by day activities as required.
\nTo accomplish all the documentations for the day as required.<\/p>\n
Academic Qualification & Experience Requirements:<\/p>\n
bachelor\u2019s degree\/Masters
\nExperience is not required but will be an added advantage.
\nWilling to work in field level.
\nWilling to relocate.
\nAbility to work independently at minimum supervision.
\nSensitive to operational risks, self-initiative and decisive with high standard of integrity.
\nAbility to work efficiently in a team environment and to demonstrate good negotiation skills.
\nGood oral and written communication skills.<\/p>\n
