\nROLE PURPOSE
\nThe role will focus on the implementation of the day-to-day Supply Chain activities to ensure improved programme delivery, operational efficiency, compliance with both donors and Plan International policies and procedures.
\nDIMENSIONS OF THE ROLE
\nManage the programme unit procurement function, implement Supply Chain policies and procedures;
\nEffective procurement planning and tracking;
\nFleet management and coordination;
\nEnsure timely supplier\u201bs payment for goods, works, consultancy and services;
\nProperty and fixed asset register maintenance; and
\nSafety and security management.
