\nBravo Coco Beach Ltd is looking for the Head Chef who will be responsible for overseeing the kitchen operations, managing staff, creating menus, ensuring food quality, and maintaining health and safety standards. \u00a0She\/He will support Executive Chef to lead the kitchen team to deliver high-quality dishes while optimizing costs and efficiency.
\nKey Responsibilities:
\nMenu Development & Food Preparation:

Design and develop innovative menus considering customer preferences and food trends.
\nEnsure consistency and high standards in food preparation and presentation.
\nOversee portion sizes, presentation, and overall quality control.
\nIntroduce seasonal specials and cost-effective menu options.<\/p>\n
Kitchen Management & Operations:<\/p>\n
Supervise kitchen operations to ensure smooth workflow.
\nMaintain inventory levels and order supplies while minimizing waste.
\nEnsure kitchen equipment is properly maintained and in good working condition.
\nDevelop and implement effective kitchen processes for efficiency.<\/p>\n
Staff Leadership & Training:<\/p>\n
Recruit, train, and manage kitchen staff.
\nDelegate tasks effectively while fostering a positive team environment.
\nConduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
\nEnforce hygiene and safety protocols among kitchen staff.<\/p>\n
Health, Safety, & Compliance:<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with food safety regulations (e.g., HACCP).
\nMaintain high hygiene standards and cleanliness in the kitchen.
\nTrain staff on safety protocols to prevent workplace hazards.<\/p>\n
Cost Control & Budgeting:<\/p>\n
Monitor food costs and maintain profitability while ensuring quality.
\nControl portion sizes and reduce waste to maximize efficiency.
\nWork closely with suppliers to negotiate pricing and source high-quality ingredients.<\/p>\n

\nCollaboration & Customer Satisfaction:<\/p>\n
Work with management to align menu offerings with business goals.
\nEngage with customers to receive feedback and adjust offerings accordingly.
\nCollaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure seamless service.<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Skills

Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant.
\nStrong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
\nAbility to create diverse, high-quality dishes with attention to detail.
\nIn-depth knowledge of food safety regulations and industry best practices.
\nExperience in cost control, budgeting, and inventory management.
\nAbility to handle pressure in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
\nCulinary degree or relevant certification (preferred).<\/p>\n
