Job Purpose:
\nResponsible for developing, managing, and optimizing content strategies and communication materials for the Wholesale Banking, Private Banking, and Treasury Services segments. This role requires a deep understanding of Wholesale Banking, Treasury and Affluent Banking audiences, the ability to translate complex financial solutions into clear, engaging messages, and ensure Brand consistency across all communication channels.<\/p>\n
Main Responsibilities:
\nContent Strategy & Management<\/p>\n
Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business objectives for Wholesale Banking, Private Banking, and Treasury Services.
\nCreate, curate, and manage high-quality content across digital and traditional platforms, including websites, social media, email campaigns, brochures, and client presentations.
\nCollaborate with product, relationship management, and marketing teams to translate technical banking products into compelling customer-facing narratives.
\nEnsure all content adhere to brand voice, tone, and regulatory compliance requirements.
\nMaintain an organized repository of marketing and product materials for internal stakeholders.Marketing & Communications
\nSupport end-to-end planning and execution of marketing campaigns targeting institutional, corporate, and affluent clients.
\nWork with internal creative and digital teams (or agencies) to develop marketing collateral, client success stories, thought leadership pieces, newsletters, and event materials.
\nPartner with the Public Relations and Corporate Communications teams to develop media releases, executive messages, and speaking materials for industry events.
\nAssist in developing client engagement materials and sales enablement tools to support front-line teams.
\nCoordinate with internal communications team to ensure staff are aligned with business updates, product launches, and market developmentsDigital & Content Performance
\nManage and update web and intranet content for relevant business segments.
\nEnsure Search Engine Optimization best practices, user experience optimization, and analytics tracking are in place for all digital content.
\nMonitor content performance and engagement metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.Stakeholder Management
\nWork closely with Product, Sales, and Relationship Management teams to understand market needs and align messaging.
\nLiaise with Compliance, Legal, and Risk teams to ensure all marketing materials meet regulatory standards.
\nCoordinate with external agencies, copywriters, and designers to ensure timely delivery of high-quality content.Stakeholder & Agency Management
\nCollaborate with Relationship Managers, Products team, Business Heads, and Treasury Sales teams to develop client-centered communication tools.
\nLiaise with Compliance, Risk, and Legal departments to ensure marketing materials meet all regulatory and disclosure standards.
\nManage external agencies, copywriters, and designers to deliver content and campaigns on time and within budget.<\/p>\n
Knowledge and Skills:<\/p>\n
Understanding of Banking and financial products, services, and customer segments.
\nAdvertising and media planning processes (traditional and digital).
\nRegulatory and ethical guidelines for marketing in financial services.
\nStrategic and creative thinker with strong commercial acumen.
\nExcellent communication and presentation skills.
\nStrong analytical and project management skills.
\nProficiency in digital marketing tools, analytics, and media management.
\nIntegrity, initiative, and results orientation
\nStrong understanding of Wholesale Banking, Private Banking, and Treasury\/Markets products and services.
\nExcellent writing, editing, and storytelling skills with attention tone and clarity.
\nFamiliarity with digital content management systems (CMS), marketing automation tools, and analytics platforms.
\nAbility to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
\nStrong business acumen and understanding of banking products and markets.
\nExceptional interpersonal skills.
\nStrategic thinking and creative problem-solving abilities.
\nHigh attention to detail and commitment to quality.
\nSelf-starter with strong organizational and project management skills.
\nProficiency in MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite (optional), and web content too.<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Experience:<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related fields.
\nMaster\u2019s degree in business studies is an added advantage.
\nPostgraduate education in Banking and\/or Banking certification(s) is an added advantage
\nAt least 4 years of experience in marketing communications or content management within financial services, preferably banking.
