Job Description
\nWe are now hiring a\u00a0Customer Service Representative\u00a0to manage customer queries and complaints. You will also be required to escalate complaints across a number of communication channels. To do well in this role, you need to be able to remain calm when customers are frustrated and have experience working with computers.
\nResponsibilities:<\/p>\n
Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution.
\nProvide accurate, valid and complete information by using the right methods\/tools.
\nKeep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts, and file documents.
\nBuild sustainable relationships and trust with customer accounts through open and interactive communication.
\nProviding feedback on the efficiency of the customer service process.
\nKeeping records of customer interactions, transactions, comments, and complaints.
\nCommunicating and coordinating with colleagues as necessary.
\nResponding promptly to customer inquiries.
\nTake the extra mile to engage customers and resolve their complaints.<\/p>\n
Requirements and skills:<\/p>\n
High school diploma, general education degree, or equivalent.
\nFamiliarity with CRM systems and practices.
\nProven customer support experience or experience as a Client Service Representative. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively<\/p>\n
