\nPURPOSE OF THE ROLE:\u00a0
\nTo monitor mobile and fixed equipment onsite by providing and implementing equipment reliability strategy through condition monitoring programs.
\n\u00a0
\nQUALIFICATIONS:<\/p>\n
Diploma or FTC in Mechanical\/Automobile Engineering.
\nVibration analysis certification.
\nThermography Analysis certification.<\/p>\n
\u00a0
\nEXPERIENCE:<\/p>\n
A minimum of 3 years of working experience in Mining industry preferably Asset Management and Systems Reliability Monitoring on both fixed and Mobile Equipment\u2019s.<\/p>\n
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENTS:<\/p>\n
Certified Reliability Engineering Courses (MLT and NDT etc.).
\nCertified Condition Monitoring Courses (Vibration Analysis, Thermography analysis etc.).
\nComputer Competences (i.e.: MS word, MS excell, MS power point, and CMMS software).
\nWritten and Verbal communication skill.
\nTeamwork and Cooperation.<\/p>\n
MAIN OR KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:<\/p>\n
Set up a Mechanical\/Electrical- predictive maintenance program including vibration analysis, infrared Thermograph, precision alignment and Ultrasound Testing, Dye Penetrant Testing Inspection, Magnetic Particle Inspection, interpreting oil results due analysis.
\nDetermine the appropriate test procedure(s) for various pieces of equipment.
\nEnter equipment nameplate and bearing information into system.
\nMonitors equipment used in Mining industry both Fixed and mobile equipment.
\nAbility to use various Monitoring equipment including computerized vibration data collector thermography camera, sound analyser, ultrasonic thickness gauge etc.
\nAbility to perform inspection of components using MPI, LPI and Ultrasonic Flaw detection.
\nAssists in balancing and alignment.
\nMonitors and collects oil and grease samples.
\nAssists in preparing action notes and reports.
\nBe able to follow monitoring checklists and workorders.
\nBe able to identify problems in lube systems, leaks, change in lube colour etc.
\nDemonstrate work behaviour consistent with the AGA company values.
\nComplete all weekly condition monitoring Plan.
\nReport any tool malfunction, damage, or reallocation.
\nEnsure all tools are calibrated.
\nKeep the tools in safe place and always clean.
\nKeep all the tools are updated with any technology consequences.
\nProtect and register all tools.<\/p>\n
