\nOBJECTIVES<\/p>\n
Design and implement the MEAL system, ensuring high-quality data flows among all partners.
\nSupport the Project Manager in decision-making through data collection and analysis
\nEnsuring\u00a0accountability\u00a0to the beneficiaries and fostering a learning culture to support national advocacy efforts<\/p>\n
EXPECTED RESULTS<\/p>\n
Project data are duly collected, integrated, monitored and evaluated.
\nProject data are complete and of the required standard and quality.
\nProject databases are regularly updated.
\nTimely and accurate reporting to donors and local authorities is ensured.
\nOperational research data is collected and analyzed in coordination with local and international partners to support scientific evidence and advocacy.<\/p>\n
Specific Tasks and Activities
\nWITH REGARD TO THE SPECIFIC ACTIVITIES OF THE PROJECT<\/p>\n
Lead the development and oversee the use of the Performance Monitoring Plan (PMP) of the Project by updating the Project Manager, at least quarterly.
\nTimely data collection from all the different project sources according to the established schedule of reporting.
\nCheck the completeness and quality of the data collected from the different sources before entering in the project data base.
\nProvide technical guidance to project staff on M&E Officer processes, serving as a resource for knowledge sharing and capacity building
\nDesign and oversee the comprehensive M&E framework to track the project\u2019s three key results and ensure alignment with the partners\u2019 systems.
\nSupervise the quality of data related.
\nAnalyze data trends to identify gaps and propose corrective actions to the Project Manager.
\nEstablish accountability mechanisms (complaints and feedback mechanisms) to ensure the project addresses the needs of targeted population.
\nPrepare high-level narrative and statistical reports for the donor, Government authorities, and partners.
\nCollaborate in the organization of field surveys, assessments, and learning events to share best practices.
\nMaintain a high level of confidentiality regarding sensitive patient data.
\nBe available to perform other duties as may be assigned by the supervisors<\/p>\n
Required Qualifications and Experience
\nEducation:<\/p>\n
Master\u2019s Degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Statistics, or Social Sciences.<\/p>\n
Experience:<\/p>\n
At least 5 years of experience in MEAL systems design and management.
\nSpecific experience in Maternal, Newborn, and Child Health (MNCH) or Reproductive Health projects is strongly preferred.
\nExperience working with academic institutions or in research coordination is an asset.<\/p>\n
Technical Skills:<\/p>\n
Strong proficiency in quantitative and qualitative analysis (i.e. SPSS, STATA, NVivo).
\nAbility to manage complex partnerships (NGOs, Hospitals, Universities).
\nComputer literacy in MS Office, Google Tools and other data collection tools (DHIS2, KoboToolbox).<\/p>\n
Languages<\/p>\n
Proven proficiency in oral\/written English and Swahili<\/p>\n
Hierarchical Relations within CUAMM organogram<\/p>\n
First Supervisor: Project Manager
\nSecond Supervisor: Project Administrator<\/p>\n
Availability from: February 2026
