We help children of all backgrounds, even in the most dangerous places, inspired by our Christian faith.<br \/>\nCome join our 33,000+ staff working in nearly 100 countries and share the joy of transforming vulnerable children\u2019s life stories!<br \/>\nKey Responsibilities:<br \/>\n\uf0b7 To supervise and monitors the daily activities of the Loan Officers;<br \/>\n\uf0b7 To lead the conduct of the market research and survey activities within the outreach coverage area;<br \/>\n\uf0b7 To ensure that the Loan officer meets or exceeds the performance targets as agreed upon in the Business plan\/Projections.<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Assist the Loan officer to undertake prescreening including checking against the eligibility criteria, credit history check and credit reference bureau check;<br \/>\n\uf0b7 To conduct Home, Business and collateral visits of clients for verification and monitoring purposes; discusses with the concerned LOs any findings, and provides appropriate guidance;<br \/>\n\uf0b7 To conduct regular performance evaluation of the Loan Officers, and recommends any remedial action to the Business Center\/Branch Manager and \/or Regional Manager;<br \/>\n\uf0b7 To Ensure 100% on-time collection or enforces \u201czero tolerance against missed loan payments;<br \/>\n\uf0b7 Prepares performance reports on a daily, weekly and monthly basis and analyze reports vis-\u00e0-vis performance targets;<br \/>\n\uf0b7 To perform other tasks as may be prescribed by the Branch\/Business Center Manager or Regional Manager;<br \/>\nApplicant Types Accepted:<br \/>\nLocal Applicants Only<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
