\nPosition:\u00a0PROCUREMENT MANAGER (1 Position)
\nRole Purpose:\u00a0To overseeing and managing the organization\u2019s procurement process purchasing, supplier coordination, and inventory management while ensuring transparency and efficiency in operations.
\nKey Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
supplier sourcing, quotation analysis, and purchase order processing.
\nFind market research and supplier evaluations and cost comparison exercises
\nSupervise procurement staff, monitor stock levels, and ensure accurate recordkeeping.
\nMaintain supplier relationships and ensure compliance with quality and delivery standards.
\nEnforce procurement policies, procedures, and internal controls.
\nSupport budgeting and cost-control efforts across departments.
\nLead and mentor the procurement team to ensure performance excellence.
\nTo perfome other duties that may be assigned by the management.<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience:\u00a0Bachelor\u2019s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration. Certified Procurement and Supplies Professional (CPSP-T) is an advantage. Minimum 3 years\u2019 experience in retail procurement management.
