Manage all warehouse operations, inventory, freight, and personnel
\nDrive operational efficiency, automation, and continuous improvement
\nMaximise warehouse capacity and shipping optimisation
\nOwn customer experience, scheduling, and service delivery
\nEnsure compliance with regulatory, safety, and hazardous material requirements
\nPrepare and manage budgets, forecasting, and cost control
\nIdentify new facilities and grow warehouse capacity
\nDrive business development and onboard new customers
\nCollaborate with Road Freight, Clearing & Forwarding, Trading, and Fleet teams<\/p>\n

Requirements<\/p>\n
University Degree (MBA \/ Accounting \/ Audit preferred)
\nMinimum\u00a05 years\u2019 experience\u00a0in warehouse\/logistics operations
\nProven experience managing a business unit with\u00a0full P&L ownership
\nExperience with bulk and break-bulk cargo \/ commodities
\nStrong financial, leadership, and analytical skills
\nProficient in MS Office, SAP, and Warehouse Management Systems
\nKnowledge of import\/export, transit clearance, and terminal documentation
\nInternational\/African exposure advantageous<\/p>\n
