\nRequirements<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree\u00a0in Business, Marketing, Economics or related field.
\nMinimum 2\u20133 years\u00a0in field sales, MFS operations, or fintech, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or team lead role.<\/p>\n
Core responsibilities<\/p>\n
Supervise and support MFS Merchant Specialists to meet recruitment and activation targets.
\nPlan and coordinate daily merchant acquisition activities and resource allocation.
\nMonitor field team performance and provide coaching and support through regular visits.
\nImplement recruitment and growth strategies for merchants and corporate customers.
\nOversee onboarding, training, and continuous support for corporate clients using LKS and Mixx products.
\nAnalyze customer performance data, identify underperformance, and create corrective action plans.
\nTrain field teams, merchants, and customers on new Mixx product features and sales strategies.
\nParticipate in events, workshops, and campaigns to increase awareness and mobilization of Mixx products.
\nLead zonal teams in marketing activities, ensure proper branding, and supervise LKS printer usage.
\nEscalate technical or compliance issues, monitor competitor activities, and report regularly to the MFS Commercial Manager.
\nCollaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth execution of merchant and corporate initiatives.
\nContribute to the development of new strategies and tools to enhance merchant acquisition and retention.<\/p>\n
