\nJob Summary
\nWe are seeking a proactive and experienced Office Administrator to support the Principal Consultant in managing business regulatory and compliance matters. The ideal candidate will have extensive hands-on experience navigating Tanzanian government authorities and ensuring that client requirements meet legal standards.
\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
BRELA Management: Handling business registrations, annual returns, and updating company records.
\nTRA Compliance: Managing tax-related matters, including TIN\/VAT registrations, tax clearances, and general filing assistance.
\nRegulatory Liaison: Coordinating with TBS (Tanzania Bureau of Standards) for product certifications and compliance standards.
\nImmigration Support: (Added Advantage) Assisting with work permits, residency permits, and visa processing for international clients or staff.
\nAdministrative Support: Providing direct assistance to the Boss\/Principal Consultant on daily operations and client follow-ups.<\/p>\n
Candidate Requirements<\/p>\n
Age: Between 25 and 35 years old.
\nEducation: Minimum of a Diploma or Bachelor\u2019s Degree in Business Administration, Law, Finance, or a related field.
\nExperience: Proven experience dealing directly with BRELA, TRA, and TBS.<\/p>\n
Skills:<\/p>\n
Strong understanding of Tanzanian business laws and regulatory procedures.
\nExcellent communication skills in both English and Swahili.
\nAbility to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
\nHigh level of integrity and professional ethics.<\/p>\n
