\nAccountabilities & Responsibility Areas
\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Act as the primary local liaison with the\u00a0Shared Services Centre (SSC)\u00a0to ensure accurate reporting, smooth month-end closes, and adherence to group finance policies (AP, AR, Cash).
\nServe as the key contact for the\u00a0Tanzania Revenue Authority (TRA), managing tax compliance, audits, and statutory filings with zero risk exposure.
\nOversee local finance operations including\u00a0treasury, payroll, cost control, and internal controls.
\nEnsure effective fixed asset management and EFD compliance.
\nPrepare and deliver\u00a0monthly management accounts, budgets, and forecasts\u00a0within agreed timelines.
\nLead, develop, and retain a small local finance team.
\nImplement and enforce group finance and administration policies at country level.
\nSupport ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the Group Head of Finance.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or Business Administration.
\nProfessional accounting qualification (advantageous).
\nMinimum\u00a010 years\u2019 relevant experience, with at least\u00a05 years in a similar managerial role.
\nStrong knowledge of financial regulations within Tanzania.
\nInternational exposure preferred.
\nAdvanced MS Office skills.
\nStrong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
\nHigh levels of integrity, self-motivation, and attention to detail.<\/p>\n
