About the Opportunity
\nJubilee Health Insurance is inviting applications for the position of\u00a0Relationship Manager \u2013 Bancassurance. This role is based in Dar es Salaam and reports directly to the\u00a0Head of Retail & Branch Networking.
\nThe successful candidate will play a critical role in strengthening bancassurance partnerships and enhancing digital channel performance to drive sales growth and customer engagement.<\/p>\n
Key Responsibilities
\nThe Relationship Manager \u2013 Bancassurance will be responsible for:<\/p>\n
Strengthening bancassurance partnerships and expanding distribution channels<\/p>\n
Optimizing digital channels to drive sales, customer acquisition, and engagement<\/p>\n
Leveraging data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making<\/p>\n
Ensuring regulatory compliance and maintaining high operational governance standards<\/p>\n
Engaging with external stakeholders, including:<\/p>\n
Banking partners<\/p>\n
Fintech providers<\/p>\n
Regulators<\/p>\n
Supporting seamless channel operations and performance improvement<\/p>\n
Required Qualifications and Experience
\nApplicants should meet the following criteria:<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field<\/p>\n
Master\u2019s degree is an added advantage<\/p>\n
3\u20135 years of experience in:<\/p>\n
Bancassurance<\/p>\n
Channel management within insurance, banking, or financial services<\/p>\n
Proven track record in:<\/p>\n
Sales performance delivery<\/p>\n
Digital channel management<\/p>\n
Data analysis and reporting<\/p>\n
Stakeholder engagement<\/p>\n
