\n1. Head \u2013 IT Infrastructure
\nJob Purpose\u00a0Lead, manage, and continuously improve the Bank\u2019s IT Infrastructure to ensure high availability, security, scalability, regulatory compliance, and operational efficiency in line with business goals and industry standards.
\nKey Duties and Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Develop and execute IT Infrastructure strategy aligned with the Bank\u2019s digital roadmap
\nLead transformation projects (cloud adoption, virtualization, automation)
\nPrepare and manage infrastructure CAPEX and OPEX budgets
\nMonitor and optimize Total Cost of Ownership (TCO)
\nPresent performance and risk reports to Executive Management
\nLead, mentor, and manage the infrastructure team (including performance reviews and succession planning)
\nDevelop team skills and certification roadmap
\nManage capacity planning and technology lifecycle
\nEnsure full compliance with Central Bank and other regulatory requirements<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
\nRelevant certifications (one or more preferred):<\/p>\n
CCNP \/ CCIE
\nMicrosoft Certified (Azure \/ Windows Server)
\nITIL
\nCISSP \/ CISM (strong advantage)
\nVMware certification
\nISO 27001 Lead Implementer\/Auditor (advantage)<\/p>\n
Work Experience<\/p>\n
Minimum 5 years in an IT environment
\n3\u20135 years in a leadership or supervisory role
\nBanking or financial services experience preferred
\nFamiliarity with service delivery and support functions<\/p>\n

2. Head \u2013 IT Service Management \/ IT Disaster Recovery
\nJob Purpose\u00a0Provide strategic leadership and governance for IT Service Management (ITSM) and IT Disaster Recovery (DR), ensuring high service availability, operational resilience, regulatory compliance, and continuous improvement aligned with business needs and best practices.
\nKey Duties and Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Build, implement, and improve the Bank\u2019s ITSM framework based on ITIL and industry standards
\nOwn and govern core ITSM processes:<\/p>\n
Incident Management
\nProblem Management
\nChange Management
\nRelease & Deployment Management
\nService Level Management
\nCapacity & Availability Management
\nContinual Service Improvement (CSI)<\/p>\n
Document, standardize, and enforce consistent application of all ITSM processes
\nCreate and monitor service performance dashboards and KPIs for Executive Management
\nLead root cause analysis (RCA) and drive year-on-year reduction in repeat incidents
\nChampion service maturity through structured reviews and improvement programs
\nTake executive ownership of Major Incident Management<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field
\nITIL Certification (required)
\nPreferred \/ advantage certifications:<\/p>\n
