\nContract:\u00a0Fixed term contract.
\nRole Purpose\u00a0
\nTo ensure accurate aircraft weight and balance calculations while maintaining operational safety and on-time \u00a0 performance
\nResponsibilities.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Prepare accurate and compliant load control documentation
\nEnsure aircraft operate within certified weight and balance limits
\nOptimize fuel uplift and aircraft trim
\nSupport On-Time Performance (OTP)
\nLiaise with Ramp Operations, Cargo, and Operations Control Centre
\nParticipate in aviation ground operations training
\nComply with Swissport SOPs and QHSE standards
\nReport safety occurrences and operational irregularities<\/p>\n
Qualification and Competencies\u00a0
\nSelf-driven and dynamic individual who is also a team player and able to work under pressure and possess the\u00a0 following qualifications and skills:<\/p>\n
Certificate or Diploma in Flight Dispatch
\nMinimum two (2) years airline industry experience
\nLicensed Load Control Certification is added advantage.
\nStrong numerical and analytical skills
\nGood communication skills
\nFlexibility to work operational shifts<\/p>\n
