\nREALBIZ is currently seeking a competent, creative, and results-oriented\u00a0Digital Marketing Officer\u00a0to lead and manage all digital marketing initiatives within\u00a0Tanga, Morogoro, and Dar es Salaam Regions.

\nJob Purpose and Summary
\nThe Digital Marketing Officer will be responsible for planning, executing, and managing the company\u2019s digital marketing strategies to promote plot sales and generate qualified leads. The role focuses on increasing online visibility, engaging potential customers through compelling storytelling, managing social media platforms, and driving measurable sales growth.
\nThe successful candidate will play a key role in expanding REALBIZ\u2019s digital presence and converting online audiences into plot buyers.
\nDuties and Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Seek and attract plot customers through social media platforms.
\nDevelop and use storytelling content to attract and influence potential customers.
\nManage and grow multiple company social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, WhatsApp, etc.).
\nCreate engaging digital content including posts, videos, reels, live sessions, and advertisements.
\nConduct online live sessions to promote plots and interact with potential buyers.
\nMonitor and analyze digital marketing performance and campaign effectiveness.
\nGenerate and follow up on digital leads to convert them into sales.
\nDesign and implement paid advertising campaigns.
\nMaintain consistent brand messaging across all digital platforms.
\nCollaborate with the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets.
\nPrepare weekly and monthly digital marketing performance reports.
\nResearch market trends and competitors\u2019 digital strategies to improve performance.<\/p>\n
Targets<\/p>\n
Secure\u00a0four (4) customers buying plots per month.
\nGenerate\u00a0six (6) qualified leads from customers per month.<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
A relevant qualification in Digital Marketing, Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
\nStrong creativity and innovative thinking in digital sales strategies.
\nExcellent communication skills and ability to speak confidently in public and during live online sessions.
\nStrong understanding of social media marketing and online advertising tools.
\nAbility to influence and persuade buyers effectively.
\nSelf-motivated, results-driven, and target-oriented.<\/p>\n
Experience<\/p>\n
Proven experience in digital marketing or online sales.
\nExperience in real estate marketing will be an added advantage.
\nDemonstrated ability to generate online leads and convert them into sales.<\/p>\n
