Business Management<br \/>\n\u2022 Proactive portfolio management through daily calls, emails, letters, meetings etc.<br \/>\n\u2022 Formulation of strategies for successful collection\/recovery and reduction in classified and non-performing loans.<br \/>\n\u2022 Prepare and maintain daily performance monitoring trackers\/report for constant follow up on key parameters on the collection portfolio, with primary focus on<br \/>\na. Updating on collection strategies, delinquent flow and default reasons<br \/>\nb. Deep diving on product performance and early detection of delinquencies<br \/>\nc. Monitoring collection flow(Backward flow, Stemmed and forward flow)<br \/>\n\u2022 Maintaining retail portfolio for both existing and newly added accounts ensuring close updating of the status for each account is maintained with weekly reporting<br \/>\n\u2022 Liaise with other Units, namely Credit, Retail and Legal units in ensuring all correspondence regarding collection and recoveries of retail assets are done and perioding meeting meetings held.<br \/>\n\u2022 Preparation of weekly and monthly collection\/recovery reports.<br \/>\n\u2022 Liaising with external parties such as executives or representatives of defaulting borrowers, legal firms, court brokers, debt collections bureau\/agents, firms specializing in search and identification of clients\u2019 properties and the courts, in the process of recovery of non-Maintaining collection tracker and projection for NPL and written off accounts and share the same on weekly basis for discussion with Recoveries team.<br \/>\n\u2022 Preparing and sending reminders to customers regarding payments, or other issues as mandated by management.<br \/>\n\u2022 Update management on the performance of retail loans during Management Credit Committee Meeting (MCC).<br \/>\n\u2022 Undertake the analysis of NPL\u2019s repayment trend considering monthly arrears reports to determine whether there is improvement or further deterioration calling for immediate action.<br \/>\n\u2022 Give guidance and advice on collection\/recovery processes of retail loans.<br \/>\n\u2022 Monitoring, tracking and advising the responsible Relationship Managers [RMs] on all retail debtors that appear in the arrears list.<br \/>\n\u2022 Corresponding with key internal stakeholders, for example the business teams etc.<br \/>\n\u2022 Assist in the implementation and UAT of major credit related projects specifically for collection and recoveries unit.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
