If you are looking to work in a beautiful, unique environment and be part of a vibrant team offering exceptional hospitality, we encourage you to apply for the following positions:<br \/>\nAvailable Positions:<br \/>\nLodge Management (Camp Managers and Assistant Camp Managers)<br \/>\nOverall responsibility for the day-to-day running of a luxury camp (8\u201320 rooms\/tents).<br \/>\nManage, train and motivate a team of 30\u201380 Tanzanian staff (housekeeping, kitchen, front office, guides, maintenance, anti-poaching scouts).<br \/>\nEnsure the highest standards of guest experience, safety, and hospitality in line with Tanzania Tourist Board (TTB) and TANAPA\/TAWA\/NCCAA regulations.<br \/>\nControl costs, manage budgets, stock levels, purchasing (local and imported), and monthly financial reporting.<br \/>\nMaintain camp facilities, vehicles, boats, generators, solar systems and ensure compliance with environmental and health &amp; safety standards.<br \/>\nLiaise with the Tanzania Wildlife Management Authority (TAWA), National Parks (TANAPA), Ngorongoro Conservation Area Authority (NCCAA) and local villages on community and conservation matters.<br \/>\nHost guests when required and handle VIP arrivals and special requests.<br \/>\nRequirements \u2013 Education, Knowledge &amp; Experience<br \/>\nBachelor\u2019s degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management, Tourism, Wildlife Management, Business Administration or related field from a recognized Tanzanian institution (University of Dar es Salaam, College of African Wildlife Management \u2013 Mweka, VETA, National College of Tourism, ARU Moshi, etc.).<br \/>\nMinimum 5\u20138 years progressive experience in safari lodges\/tented camps in Tanzania, of which at least 3 years must be in a Camp Manager or Deputy Manager role in Serengeti, Ngorongoro, Ruaha, Katavi or Nyerere (Selous).<br \/>\nValid Tanzania Tourist Board (TTB) Tourist Agent\/Guide license is an added advantage.<br \/>\nProven financial management and budgeting skills (experience with QuickBooks, Sage or similar).<br \/>\nStrong leadership and staff training skills with experience managing large Tanzanian teams.<br \/>\nFluency in English and Kiswahili; conversational German, French or Italian is highly advantageous.<br \/>\nExcellent computer skills (MS Office, reservation systems such as ResRequest, Cloudbeds, Safari Desk or Camps &amp; Lodges).<br \/>\nValid Tanzanian driving licence and defensive\/off-road driving experience.<br \/>\nKnowledge of Tanzanian labour laws.<br \/>\nFirst Aid certification and knowledge of emergency evacuation procedures in remote areas.<br \/>\nLocation: Ngorongoro &amp; Serengeti<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
