{"id":3287,"date":"2026-02-24T16:00:32","date_gmt":"2026-02-24T16:00:32","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/tanzania\/job\/merchant-gtm-trade-marketing-coordinator-at-mixx-by-y\/"},"modified":"2026-05-20T00:50:12","modified_gmt":"2026-05-20T00:50:12","slug":"merchant-gtm-trade-marketing-coordinator-at-mixx-by-y","status":"expired","type":"job_listing","link":"https:\/\/jobs.dataaxisnode.com\/tanzania\/?post_type=job_listing&p=3287","title":{"rendered":"Merchant GTM &amp; Trade Marketing Coordinator at Mixx by Y"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Merchant GTM &amp; Trade Marketing Coordinator<br \/>\nLocation:\u00a0Dar es Salaam\u00a0Application deadline:\u00a0before March 3, 2026<br \/>\nEducational &amp; Experience Requirements<br \/>\nUniversity degree, preferably in marketing, communication, engineering or business administration<br \/>\nA minimum of 3+ years of marketing, trade, business management experience or franchise management experience are required<br \/>\nCore Responsibilities<br \/>\nDesign and execute GTM plans in alignment with Go to Market and Trade Marketing strategies for Mixxx.<br \/>\nDevelop promotional and events strategies with Mixxx to support overall commercial objectives.<br \/>\nImplement GTM and promotional activities across assigned zones to drive adoption, sales and visibility.<br \/>\nEnsure all trade level GTM communications comply with Mixxx brand guidelines and consistency ROI standards.<br \/>\nSupport planning of effective GTM and trade initiatives to ensure effective execution and strong experiential engagements.<br \/>\nCollaborate with Marketing to support ATL campaigns and coordinate relevant experiential engagements.<br \/>\nPlan, manage and execute zone level activities, sales promotions, regional events and local tactical campaigns.<br \/>\nGenerate creative, data driven ideas to improve sales performance and seasonal or location based promotions.<br \/>\nProvide sales training to staff and stakeholders on GTM requirements, roles and responsibilities.<br \/>\nEnsure suppliers for promotions and events are selected, evaluated and documented per procurement standards.<br \/>\nCoordinate with Marketing, Integrated Services and Procurement to roll out GTM initiatives on time and within budget.<br \/>\nAnalyze and report on the effectiveness of GTM and trade activities, recommending improvements and managing A&amp;P execution with agencies.<br \/>\nCore Competencies<br \/>\nStrong GTM planning and execution skills for trade, promotions and field activations.<br \/>\nAbility to manage trade marketing communications and ensure brand-guideline compliance.<br \/>\nAnalytical capability to assess campaign performance, ROI and zone-level impact.<br \/>\nEffective coordination and communication across marketing, sales, procurement and agencies.<br \/>\nCreativity in developing promotional concepts that drive merchant uptake and sales growth.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
