\nPosition Summary
\nThe Registered Nurse (RN) will play a critical role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care at our newly established health center. The RN will assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing care while supporting the development of clinical workflows, patient education programs, and operational systems during the center\u2019s foundational phase.
\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Patient Care & Clinical Duties<\/p>\n
Perform comprehensive patient assessments, including physical examinations and health histories.
\nAdminister medications, treatments, and vaccinations as prescribed.
\nMonitor and record vital signs and patient progress.
\nAssist physicians and other healthcare providers during examinations and procedures.
\nProvide wound care, IV therapy, injections, and other nursing interventions.
\nRespond to medical emergencies and provide first aid or life-saving measures when required.<\/p>\n
Care Coordination<\/p>\n
Develop and implement individualized care plans.
\nCollaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
\nCoordinate referrals to specialists and external healthcare providers.
\nEnsure continuity of care through proper documentation and follow-up.<\/p>\n
Documentation & Compliance<\/p>\n
Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records (EHR).
\nEnsure compliance with healthcare regulations, infection control standards, and safety protocols.
\nParticipate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
\nAssist in developing clinical policies and procedures for the new facility.<\/p>\n
Patient Education & Community Outreach<\/p>\n
Educate patients and families on disease prevention, treatment plans, and healthy lifestyle choices.
\nProvide health screenings and preventive care services.
\nSupport community health programs and outreach initiatives.<\/p>\n
Operational Support<\/p>\n
Assist in setting up clinical systems, workflows, and supply management processes.
\nSupport inventory control and medical equipment maintenance.
\nParticipate in staff meetings and contribute to building a positive workplace culture.<\/p>\n
Qualifications
\nEducation<\/p>\n
At least Diploma in Nursing from an accredited nursing program.<\/p>\n
Licensure & Certification<\/p>\n
Active Registered Nurse (RN) license..
\nAdditional certifications (e.g., PALS, wound care) are an advantage.<\/p>\n
Experience<\/p>\n
Minimum of [1\u20133] years of clinical nursing experience preferred.
\nExperience in primary care, outpatient, or community health settings is highly desirable.
\nExperience in a start-up or newly established healthcare facility is a plus.<\/p>\n

\nAbility to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.
\nProficiency with electronic health record systems.

May require standing for extended periods.
\nExposure to infectious diseases and medical emergencies.
\nMay include evening or weekend shifts depending on operational needs.<\/p>\n
