\nJob Summary
\nThe Office Cleaner is responsible for maintaining a clean, sanitary, and safe environment within the health center. As this is a newly established facility, the role requires attention to detail, adherence to healthcare cleaning standards, and a commitment to infection prevention and patient safety.
\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Clean and sanitize waiting areas, consultation rooms, treatment rooms, offices, and common areas
\nSweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors regularly
\nDisinfect high-touch surfaces (door handles, desks, counters, medical equipment surfaces, light switches, etc.)
\nClean and sanitize restrooms, ensuring adequate supplies (soap, tissue, paper towels)
\nEmpty waste bins and dispose of general and medical waste according to health and safety regulations
\nClean windows, glass partitions, and mirrors
\nMaintain cleaning equipment and report any maintenance issues
\nFollow infection control procedures and health center hygiene protocols
\nEnsure cleaning supplies are stored safely and used appropriately
\nAssist with initial deep cleaning and setup support for the new facility<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Requirements<\/p>\n
High school diploma or equivalent preferred
\nPrevious cleaning experience, preferably in a healthcare or medical setting
\nKnowledge of basic infection control and sanitation practices
\nAbility to handle cleaning chemicals safely
\nAttention to detail and strong work ethic
\nAbility to maintain confidentiality and professionalism in a healthcare environment<\/p>\n
