\nJob Summary
\nWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced\u00a0General Medical Doctor\u00a0to provide high-quality primary healthcare services while also serving as the\u00a0Facility In-Charge\u00a0of our newly established health center.
\nThe successful candidate will be responsible for clinical care, overall management of facility operations, staff supervision, regulatory compliance, and ensuring efficient service delivery.
\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Clinical Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Provide comprehensive out and Inpatient medical care to patients of all age groups.
\nDiagnose and manage acute and chronic illnesses.
\nConduct physical examinations and order appropriate investigations.
\nPrescribe medications and treatment plans in accordance with national guidelines.
\nProvide minor emergency care and stabilize patients before referral when necessary.
\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date medical records.
\nPromote preventive healthcare, health education, and community outreach programs.
\nEnsure infection prevention and control standards are maintained.
\nRefer patients appropriately to higher-level facilities when required.<\/p>\n
Administrative & Management Responsibilities (Facility In-Charge Role)<\/p>\n
Oversee day-to-day operations of the health center.
\nSupervise and coordinate all staff (nurses, lab technicians, pharmacy staff, and support staff).
\nDevelop duty rosters and ensure adequate staffing at all times.
\nEnsure compliance with healthcare regulations, licensing requirements, and quality standards.
\nManage procurement of medicines, medical supplies, and equipment.
\nMonitor inventory and prevent stock-outs of essential supplies.
\nOversee financial operations in collaboration with management (billing, revenue monitoring, reporting).
\nHandle patient complaints and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
\nMaintain facility infrastructure and ensure cleanliness and safety standards.
\nPrepare monthly performance and operational reports.
\nLiaise with local health authorities and regulatory bodies.
\nSupport business development and community engagement initiatives.<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Requirements<\/p>\n
MBBS \/ MD degree from a recognized institution.
\nValid medical license to practice.
\nMinimum 3 years of clinical experience (primary care preferred).
\nPrevious experience in a supervisory or administrative role is an added advantage.
\nStrong leadership and organizational skills.
\nExcellent communication and interpersonal skills.
\nAbility to work independently and make sound decisions.
\nBasic financial and administrative management knowledge.
\nComputer literacy (EMR systems, MS Office, Excel).<\/p>\n
