What you\u2019ll do<\/p>\n
The role involves execution and implementation of \u00a0New Financial services (NFS) products roadmap based on the strategic direction of the company; The role also involves R& D for new financial services.
\n1. \u00a0 \u00a0Execute the NFS product portfolio as per the strategy aligned.
\n\u00bb \u00a0 \u00a0Drive day to day products initiatives as per the aligned strategy.
\n\u00bb \u00a0 \u00a0Develop, execute and manage implementation of NFS products adoption strategy.
\n\u00bb \u00a0 \u00a0Ensure deliverable of revenue targets on each product line.
\n\u00bb \u00a0 \u00a0Provide day to day analytical insights and reports on product performance and advice NFS manager accordingly.
\n\u00bb \u00a0 \u00a0Ensure top mind of the dynamics of different financial services market in Tanzania and around the world.
\n2. \u00a0 \u00a0Execute and manage NFS products roadmap.
\n\u00bb \u00a0 \u00a0Bring about innovation of new financial services product to fit the market need and drive M-Pesa ambitions on financial services space.
\n\u00bb \u00a0 \u00a0Continuous review, evaluate and enhance the current product offering.
\n\u00bb \u00a0 \u00a0Drive execution of products enhancements as per the roadmap stipulated.
\n3. \u00a0 \u00a0Stakeholder engagements
\n\u00bb \u00a0 \u00a0Develop, engage and execute new strategic partnership with financial institutions,
\n\u00bb \u00a0 \u00a0Together with NFS Manager drive business negotiations with partners and ensure M-Pesa ambitions are met.
\n4. \u00a0 \u00a0Business intelligence
\n\u00bb \u00a0 \u00a0Provide business insights on customer behavior and advice on different plans to ensure growth and adoption of NFS products to deliver performance and revenue growth.
\n\u00bb \u00a0 \u00a0Drive integration with CVM platforms in delivering of product initiatives growth.
\n\u00bb \u00a0 \u00a0Provide timely market\/competition feedback.
\n5. \u00a0 \u00a0Product Compliance
\n\u00bb \u00a0 \u00a0Ensure all products\/business development policies, processes, procedures, principles and standards set by M-Pesa And Vodacom are adhered towards implementation of new and existing products.
\n\u00bb \u00a0 \u00a0Provide key updates to the Financial service regulations and ensure all products and services are delivered as per the stipulated regulations.
\n\u00bb \u00a0 \u00a0Support product regulatory approval and risk and compliance management.
\nQUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
\n1. \u00a0 \u00a02 Years or more experience working in Mobile Money or Banking\/Financial Services preferably with experience of digital financial products.
\n2. \u00a0 \u00a0Bachelor Degree in Commerce, Economics, Financial technology or related fields. Master\u2019s Degree will be an added advantage.
\n3. \u00a0 \u00a0Strong analytical skills, conceptual thinking, problem solving ability and strong business acumen.
\n4. \u00a0 \u00a0Advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint. Knowledgeable with MsQL and Database is a key added advantage.
\n5. \u00a0 \u00a0Strong understanding of all aspects of local markets and needs of customer.
\n6. \u00a0 \u00a0Strong knowledge of mobile money, Fintech and financial services.
\n7. \u00a0 \u00a0Self-starter with exceptional people, strong presentation and communication skills.
\n8. \u00a0 \u00a0Solid influencing and negotiation skills.
\n9. \u00a0 \u00a0Passion and commitment to driving mobile money growth and innovation.
\n10. \u00a0 \u00a0Able to operate with pace and speed.<\/p>\n
