\nMain duties<\/p>\n
Responsible for weighbridge administration while ensuring full compliance with company procedures.
\nPerform accurate weighing and recording of truck weights:<\/p>\n
Verify that recorded weights correspond to invoices or delivery weights.
\nCarry out precise and reliable weighing processes.<\/p>\n
Plan, coordinate, and control plant operations related to dispatch:<\/p>\n
Ensure all weights are recorded accurately.
\nPrevent trucks from leaving with more or less product than purchased, unless supported by written justification from the Packing Plant.<\/p>\n
Provide excellent customer care:<\/p>\n
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
\nResolve customer complaints promptly and appropriately.<\/p>\n
Ensure compliance with OSHA standards as per company policy and statutory requirements.
\nAdhere to the HM Group Code of Business Conduct, Compliance Policies, and Guidelines.
\nPerform any other duties as may be assigned by the supervisor.<\/p>\n
Minimum requirements (qualifications and skills)<\/p>\n
Minimum of a Diploma in Marketing, Accounting, Finance, or an equivalent qualification.
\n2\u20133 years of relevant experience.
\nAbility to work reasonably independently and resolve own difficulties.
\nBasic knowledge of accounting principles and filing systems.
\nStrong organizational skills with the ability to organize work effectively.
\nHigh level of honesty, trustworthiness, and integrity.
\nStrong accuracy and excellent attention to detail.
\nLogical thinking and problem-solving ability.
\nAbility to complete tasks in a timely manner.
\nVery good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and standard office equipment.
\nGood command of English, both oral and written.
\nDependable in maintaining confidentiality and following company policies.<\/p>\n
