This entails managing of all Sales Activities, Supporting, monitoring and training of Branch Sales Officers in all the respective branches<br \/>\n\u00a0<br \/>\nJob Description\u200b<br \/>\nAccountability ; Business Soliciting \u2013 Acquisition\/Recruitment<\/p>\n<p>Customer acquisition \/recruitment<br \/>\nVisit existing customer frequently<br \/>\nEnsure all the customer acquisition point are working perfectly all the time<br \/>\nTo enhance customer experience ensure branches are\u00a0 perfect executing\u00a0 the following:<\/p>\n<p>Account opening Account maintenance Loan on boarding Digital on boarding Digital activation and usage<\/p>\n<p>Identify areas \/ sector relevant for business growth in their locality<br \/>\nIdentification, soliciting, KYC and risks review of potential customers and approach them to open account<br \/>\nWork with Business Development Partner \u00a0to initiate development of \u00a0relevant products to the particular locality<br \/>\nConsistently give feedback to Head of Customer Network on the performance of different products and services at respective branches<br \/>\nEngage with Corporate and Institutional Banking (CIB) and Business Banking (BB) departments to understand retail opportunities from their clients (One Bank Concept)<br \/>\nAddress the customer queries in relation to business matters<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<br \/>\nAccountability ; Deposit Mobilization<\/p>\n<p>Proactively understanding the business dynamics in the locality and take advantage to grow deposit.<br \/>\nSupervise all the deposit mobilization campaign in branches<br \/>\nProactively and continuously solicit deposits from all clients of the Bank to meet Bank\u2019s deposit targets<br \/>\nProactive following of activities identified on the branch activity calendar<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<br \/>\nAccountability ; Cross selling<\/p>\n<p>Cross sale of all bank products \u2013 Mobile phone Banking, Internet Banking, Agent Banking products, Insurance Products, all Deposit Products, Loan products FX, Transfer, etc.<\/p>\n<p>Collection of market intelligence information local competition, products and levels of service<\/p>\n<p>Accountability ; Relationship Management<\/p>\n<p>Drive customer engagement activities in \u00a0branches<br \/>\nGoing out to interact with Bank\u2019s clients\/potential clients in order to win their confidence and create customer loyalty<br \/>\nIdentifying potential clients and strategizing to add them to the list of NBC customers through informative meetings and product discussions<br \/>\nDeveloping, building and maintaining long term relationships with all segmented customers by listening to them, problem sharing and joint solution finding<br \/>\nManage customer business contacts, participate in corporate customer social occasion and manage all aspects of interactions, the bank has with its customers.<br \/>\nMaintenance of business acquired to ensure customer activeness and reduce churn<\/p>\n<p>Accountability ; Reports, Monitoring &amp;\u00a0 Turnaround<\/p>\n<p>Maintain database of High net worth customers in the branche.<br \/>\nMonitoring of branch business growth through KPI<br \/>\nLoan turnaround time for \u00a0loans and\u00a0 recovery support<br \/>\nResponsible for PAR and NPL of the Branch retail loans<\/p>\n<p>Providing inputs and reports to Stressed Asset Management Units and facilitate recovery efforts at the Branch level<\/p>\n<p>Accountability ; Coaching and Mentoring<\/p>\n<p>Coach and mentor the branch Sales team on regular basis<br \/>\nMonitor and report performance as per agreed KPIs<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<br \/>\nOther duties<\/p>\n<p>Participate in branch budgeting of all Sales related activities<\/p>\n<p>Carried out other duties as assigned by the Branch Manager.<\/p>\n<p>Prepare various reports and business proposals for management approval<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<br \/>\nEducation and Experience Required:<\/p>\n<p>Bachelor Degree in Business Administration<br \/>\n3 years banking experience<br \/>\nBroad knowledge of banking practice( Product knowledge) and bank regulations<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<br \/>\nKnowledge, \u00a0Skills and competences required: \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Strong Customer Service management<br \/>\nCustomer Handling awareness<br \/>\nPeople Management<br \/>\nBank Products awareness<br \/>\nAnalytical skills<br \/>\nSelling and cross selling skills<br \/>\nAwareness of BOT\u00a0Regulation<br \/>\nRisk Management<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<br \/>\nQualifications<\/p>\n<p>\u00a0<br \/>\nBachelor`s Degrees and Advanced Diplomas \u2013 Business, Commerce and Management Studies, Commercial mindset \u2013 Junior (Meets some of the requirements and would need further development), Customer Excellence \u2013 Service Delivery (Meets all of the requirements), Digital familiarity (Meets all of the requirements), Effective communication \u2013 Basic (Meets all of the requirements), Experience in a similar environment, Openness to change (Meets some of the requirements and would need further development), Product and\/or Service Knowledge (Meets all of the requirements), Sales Management (Meets some of the requirements and would need further development)<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
