The Lead, Entertainment Operations\u00a0is responsible for\u00a0overseeing, managing, and strategically\u00a0executing\u00a0all aspects of OTAPP\u2019s event operations. The role ensures operational excellence, regulatory compliance, client satisfaction, and profitability across all internal and external events.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
This position leads the Event operations through Hands-on approach and, working closely with internal stakeholders to ensure that event execution aligns with OTAPP\u2019s business strategy, operational standards, and customer experience guidelines.\u00a0\u00a0

Role Overview<\/p>\n
The Lead, Entertainment Operations serves as the operational owner of all events within the Operations and Execution department.\u00a0
\nThis role acts as a bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring that policies, systems, and operational plans are effectively implemented while continuously\u00a0identifying\u00a0opportunities for improvement, innovation, and expansion in event offerings.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
Educational and Experience Requirements (Skills and Preferred qualifications)<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Project Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related field from a recognized institution.\u00a0\u00a0
\nMinimum of 3 years of professional experience in event operations, project management, or large-scale service operations.\u00a0\u00a0
\nAt least 1\u00a0years\u00a0of proven experience in managing\u00a0event.\u00a0
\nDemonstrated experience coordinating complex events with multiple stakeholders and vendors.\u00a0\u00a0
\nProven record of managing budgets, operational performance, and service delivery standards.\u00a0\u00a0
\nHands-on experience working with digital ticketing, event dashboards, or technology platforms.\u00a0\u00a0
\nStrong strategic thinking capability with the ability to translate strategy into operational plans.\u00a0\u00a0
\nProven leadership\u00a0and people\u00a0management capability in operationally intensive environments.\u00a0\u00a0
\nStrong stakeholder management and negotiation skills with partners and vendors.\u00a0\u00a0
\nHigh analytical capability to assess operational data and\u00a0identify\u00a0improvement opportunities.\u00a0\u00a0
\nExcellent communication skills for engaging internal teams, clients, and external stakeholders.\u00a0\u00a0
