\nQualifications & Experience<\/p>\n
B.Sc. in Chemistry
\n1 to 3 years\u2019 experience in CCR Operation of a Cement Plant<\/p>\n
Required Skills<\/p>\n
Good communication skills in Swahili and English
\nStrong knowledge of process and operations
\nExcellent interpersonal skills
\nAbility to work effectively in a team environment
\nSound judgement and decision-making skills
\nCritical thinking<\/p>\n
Roles & Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Operate plant equipment (VRM, Ball Mill, Kiln, Cement Mill, Coal Mill) from the Central Control Room (CCR) to achieve production targets
\nEnsure the safety of personnel and equipment while complying with all safety protocols and ISO standards
\nTrain and guide CCR operators to improve overall efficiency and reduce operational costs
\nCoordinate with maintenance teams, troubleshoot process issues, and maintain smooth and steady operations
\nMonitor and maintain product quality standards
\nProvide support during shutdowns, breakdowns, and any additional tasks assigned by management<\/p>\n
