\nThe organization is committed to preventing lifelong disabilities wherever possible and runs extensive maternal and newborn healthcare (MNHC) activities, including obstetric fistula repairs. Its Maternity and Newborn Wing serves as a referral center for high-risk and emergency deliveries across Dar es Salaam and the Eastern Zone of Tanzania.<\/p>\n
To strengthen the Human Resource Department, CCBRT is seeking an energetic, analytical HR professional to support business units with comprehensive HR services.
\nYour Role
\nThe\u00a0Junior Human Resources Business Partner (JHRBP)\u00a0supports the effective delivery of HR services using the HR Business Partnering approach.
\nKey responsibilities include:<\/p>\n
Assessing client needs and interpreting\/applying CCBRT\u2019s HR strategy, policies, rules, and regulations
\nContributing to internal procedures and providing solutions to a wide range of complex HR issues
\nDelivering value-added services to line managers and employees through close collaboration on staff management matters
\nHandling day-to-day HR matters for allocated departments, including:<\/p>\n
HR administration (compliance, leave management)
\nPerformance management
\nRecruitment and selection
\nTraining needs assessment
\nExpatriate management
\nDisciplinary support<\/p>\n
Assisting with payroll administration
\nSupporting HRIS implementation<\/p>\n
Qualifications and Work Experience
\nRequired:<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Human Resource Management or a related field
\nAt least 2 years of professional experience in a business environment, including:<\/p>\n
Conducting performance analysis and reporting
\nPrimary data collection
\nDesign of forms and data analysis<\/p>\n
Experience with payroll administration
\nExperience in expatriate management processes (e.g., visa, work and residence permits)
\nStrong ability to plan, organize, and structure work
\nHigh proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and other word processing software
\nGood analytical and evaluative skills
\nAbility to multitask effectively
\nStrong interpersonal skills with a client-oriented focus
\nProficiency in both English and Swahili
\nAbility to maintain a high level of confidentiality<\/p>\n
