\nPosition Summary
\nWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Dentist to join our newly established health center. The Dentist will be responsible for providing comprehensive oral health care services, including diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of dental conditions. The ideal candidate will help establish high standards of patient care, contribute to the development of clinical protocols, and support the growth of our dental department.
\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Examine patients to assess oral health conditions using clinical evaluation and diagnostic tools.
\nDiagnose dental diseases and conditions such as cavities, gum disease, infections, and oral lesions.
\nDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans.
\nPerform routine dental procedures including:<\/p>\n
Fillings
\nExtractions
\nRoot canal treatments
\nScaling and polishing<\/p>\n
Educate patients on oral hygiene, preventive care, and treatment options.
\nPrescribe medications such as antibiotics and pain relievers when necessary.
\nMaintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
\nEnsure compliance with infection control and sterilization protocols.
\nCollaborate with other healthcare professionals within the health center.
\nParticipate in community outreach and oral health awareness programs.
\nAssist in setting up dental equipment and ensuring readiness of the dental unit.
\nAdhere to all regulatory, ethical, and safety standards.<\/p>\n

\nQualifications & Requirements<\/p>\n
Diploma in Dentistry or Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) from an accredited institution.
\nValid practicing license from the respective body.
\nMinimum 3 years of clinical experience.
\nStrong diagnostic and clinical skills.
\nExcellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
\nCommitment to patient-centered care.
\nAbility to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team.<\/p>\n
Preferred Skills<\/p>\n
Experience in a community or primary healthcare setting.
\nKnowledge of electronic dental record systems.
\nStrong organizational and time-management skills.
\nAbility to contribute to service development in a new facility.<\/p>\n
