Join Yas to design, deploy, and maintain critical transport networks in a dynamic telecom environment. This role requires 3\u20135+ years of experience in telecom transport\/network engineering (depending on level).<br \/>\nQualifications and Requirements<br \/>\nEducation: Bachelor\u2019s degree in Telecommunications, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.<br \/>\nExperience: 3\u20135+ years of experience in telecom transport\/network engineering (level-dependent).<br \/>\nCertifications (advantage): Relevant certifications such as CCNA\/CCNP, JNCIA\/JNCIP, HCIA\/HCIP, vendor-specific certifications.<br \/>\nCore Responsibilities<br \/>\nDesign, deploy, and maintain transport networks (DWDM, SDH, IP\/MPLS, microwave, fiber).<br \/>\nMonitor network performance and conduct audits, health checks, and capacity planning.<br \/>\nTroubleshoot faults, perform root-cause analysis (RCA), and resolve issues.<br \/>\nPlan and execute network upgrades, expansions, and modernization activities.<br \/>\nCoordinate with Planning, Vendors, NOC, Field Teams, and Regulatory bodies on implementation and interference issues.<br \/>\nMaintain accurate network designs, documentation, and operational procedures while supporting integration with mobile and fixed networks.<br \/>\nKey Competencies<br \/>\nStrong understanding of transport technologies (DWDM, SDH, IP\/MPLS, microwave, fiber).<br \/>\nStrong sense of ownership, continuous improvement mindset, and customer-focused approach.<br \/>\nStrong communication skills and ability to work effectively across teams.<br \/>\nExcellent analytical skills, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis (RCA) capabilities.<br \/>\nIf this description corresponds to you, grow with us by applying before March 16, 2026.<br \/>\nSharing is Caring!
