\nJob Purpose
\nBravo Coco Beach Ltd is looking for the Bar Manager who will be responsible for end-to-end management of all bar operations at Bravo Coco Beach, ensuring exceptional guest experience, high beverage quality standards, strong cost control, compliance, and revenue growth. The role requires a hands-on leader with strong cocktail expertise, people management skills, and experience in high-volume, premium beach or resort environments.
\nKey Responsibilities
\nBar Operations & Service Excellence<\/p>\n
Oversee daily operations of all bar outlets at Bravo Coco Beach.
\nEnsure consistent delivery of international-standard cocktails, beverages, and service.
\nMaintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and bar presentation.
\nEnsure smooth coordination between bar, floor service, kitchen, and events teams.
\nHandle guest feedback and resolve service issues professionally and promptly.<\/p>\n
Beverage Menu & Innovation<\/p>\n
Develop, update, and manage seasonal and signature cocktail menus aligned with the Bravo Coco Beach brand.
\nIntroduce new beverage concepts, premium spirits, mocktails, and beach-inspired cocktails.
\nEnsure correct recipes, portion control, and standard measurements are followed.
\nConduct regular tasting sessions and quality checks.<\/p>\n
Inventory, Cost Control & Procurement<\/p>\n
Manage bar inventory, stock levels, and storage according to best practices.
\nMinimize wastage, breakages, and pilferage.
\nConduct monthly stock counts and reconciliations.
\nWork closely with procurement and finance teams to ensure timely ordering and cost efficiency.
\nMonitor beverage cost percentages and margins.<\/p>\n
Team Leadership & Training<\/p>\n
Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise bartenders and bar support staff.
\nEnsure all staff are trained on:
\nCocktail standards and recipes
\nResponsible alcohol service
\nCustomer service excellence
\nConduct regular performance reviews and coaching.
\nFoster a positive, professional, and high-energy team culture.<\/p>\n
Compliance, Health & Safety Ensure full compliance with:<\/p>\n
Alcohol licensing laws
\nHealth and safety regulations
\nInternal SOPs and policies
\nEnforce responsible alcohol service standards.
\nEnsure all bar equipment is well maintained and safely operated.<\/p>\n
Events, Promotions & Revenue Growth<\/p>\n
Support bar operations during events, parties, photoshoots, and special promotions.
\nCollaborate with marketing and events teams to drive bar sales and brand visibility.
\nAnalyze sales data and suggest promotions to increase revenue.
\nManage bar setup and staffing for high-volume beach events.<\/p>\n
Key Skills & Competencies<\/p>\n
Strong knowledge of international cocktails, spirits, wines, and beverages
\nStrong cost control and inventory management abilities
\nCustomer-focused with high attention to detail
\nAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced beach environment
\nStrong communication and interpersonal skills
\nHands-on, disciplined, and highly organized<\/p>\n
Qualifications & Experience<\/p>\n
Diploma or certification in Hospitality Management, Food & Beverage, or Mixology
\nSeven years of working experience in an International standard beach restaurant\/resort lifestyle hospitality environment.
\nInternational-standard beach restaurants
\nResorts, hotels, or lifestyle hospitality venues
\nProven experience managing bar teams and high-volume service
\nExperience in beach clubs or destination restaurants is highly preferred<\/p>\n
