\nThe Business Intelligence (BI) Analyst is responsible for transforming raw data into meaningful insights that support business decision-making. The role involves designing dashboards, analysing business performance metrics, and working closely with customers and internal teams to deliver actionable analytics solutions.
\nThe BI Analyst will play a key role in delivering\u00a0Data Analytics as a Service, enabling organizations to gain insights from their data through modern visualization tools and analytics platforms.
\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders.
\nDesign and develop interactive dashboards and reports using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
\nConvert complex datasets into clear visual insights that support decision-making.
\nPerform data analysis, trend analysis, and performance tracking.
\nWork with Data Engineers and DBAs to ensure data quality and availability.
\nDevelop KPIs, scorecards, and executive dashboards.
\nSupport customers with analytics consultations and reporting improvements.
\nEnsure dashboards are optimized for performance and usability.
\nTrain users on how to interpret dashboards and insights.
\nSupport the development of data governance and reporting standards.<\/p>\n

\nRequired Qualifications<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in:<\/p>\n
Data Science
\nComputer Science
\nInformation Systems
\nStatistics
\nBusiness Analytics
\nAccounting \/ Finance (with strong analytics skills)<\/p>\n
Required Skills<\/p>\n
Strong knowledge of Power BI or other BI tools
\nData visualization and storytelling
\nSQL for data querying
\nData modelling concepts
\nStrong analytical and problem-solving skills
\nAbility to translate business requirements into data insights<\/p>\n
Preferred Skills<\/p>\n
Knowledge of DAX and Power Query
\nExperience with ETL processes
\nUnderstanding of data warehousing concepts
\nExperience working with ERP or enterprise systems<\/p>\n
