\nA hands-on leader to manage the team, the guests, and the supply chain. You will be responsible for high standards, from the coffee bar to the back office.
\nKey Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Quality Assurance:\u00a0Personally\u00a0test and taste dishes\u00a0coming out of the kitchen. You have the authority to \u201cstop\u201d any plate that does not meet standards before it reaches a customer.
\nTeam Leadership:\u00a0Authority over\u00a0hiring and firing. Build a high-performance team and manage all disciplinary actions with professional transparency.
\nClient & Feedback:\u00a0Lead the floor, manage high-value guests, and\u00a0collect feedback\u00a0to drive immediate service improvements.
\nFloor & Barista Support:\u00a0Stay active on the floor; assist the\u00a0barista\u00a0or service team during peak hours to ensure speed and quality.
\nSmart Procurement:\u00a0Leverage your knowledge of\u00a0local markets\u00a0to source the best ingredients and supplies while reducing waste.
\nCustomer service management:\u00a0Able to manage all types of bookings and deal with all types of customers and phone calls<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
5+ years\u00a0of restaurant management experience.
\nProven track record of\u00a0hiring and managing staff.
\nExpert Palate:\u00a0Strong ability to judge food quality, seasoning, and presentation instantly.
\nHR Authority:\u00a0Proven experience in talent acquisition and staff performance management.
\nLocal Market Knowledge:\u00a0A strong network of local vendors and suppliers.
\nResults-First Mind-set:\u00a0A hands-on leader who prioritizes tangible service improvements and guest satisfaction.<\/p>\n
