\nJob Purpose
\nThe main purpose of the SOC Analyst is to deal with the security incidents which are detected and to lead in-depth analysis on these incidents till closure.
\nDuties and Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Analyze the security measures of the Bank and determine how effective they are.
\nEnsure all networks have adequate security to prevent unauthorized access.
\nRecognize successful or potential intrusions and compromises through review and analysis of relevant event detail information.
\nLaunch and track investigations to resolution.
\nRecognize attacks based on their signatures and differentiate false positives from true intrusion attempts.
\nAlert concerned stakeholders of intrusions and potential intrusions and compromises to their IT environment.
\nActively investigate the latest security vulnerabilities, advisories, incidents, and penetration techniques and notify concerned parties when appropriate.
\nConduct periodic Vulnerability Assessment and Reporting.
\nPerform Configuration Review of SOC devices.
\nRespond to inbound requests via phone and other electronic means for technical assistance with managed services.<\/p>\n
Requirements<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree \/ Postgraduate \/ Diploma Holder in IT, Science, or Engineering with strong IT exposure.
\nProfessional certifications:\u00a0ECSA, CEH, CCNA Security, CompTIA Security+, CISSP, OSCP\u00a0(at least one certification is mandatory).<\/p>\n
Work Experience<\/p>\n
At least\u00a02 years\u00a0of working experience in SOC or Cybersecurity.
\nProficient in Incident Management and Response.
\nIn-depth knowledge of security concepts such as cyber-attacks and techniques, threat vectors, risk management, incident management, etc.<\/p>\n

\nAbility to engage senior corporate executives confidently.<\/p>\n
