\nPosition Overview:
\nThe Field Sales Event Coordinator oversees the coordination, planning and execution of the launch of service stations across sites in Expansion. This role is responsible for ensuring launch readiness of all service stations as well as organizing any and all cross-functional coordination and engagement of any local stakeholder related to the site launch. The Field Sales Event Coordinator is vital in ensuring that all service stations are launched in the assigned timeline and in alignment to the standards set by the company. They are also key players in ensuring swift handover of service stations between Expansion and Hypercare.
\nAccountabilities:<\/p>\n
Ensure launch of assigned service stations in accordance to set timelines and SOPs.
\nEnsure the team maintains a First Pass Yield (FPY) of \u226595% for all service location launches
\nOwn the quality standards for all processes associated with the launch of a new service\u00a0station
\nManage relationships with internal stakeholders in other departments and external stakeholders<\/p>\n
Responsibilities:
\nSite Launch Support<\/p>\n
Assist in planning and coordinating new service station launches.
\nSupport team members by tracking tasks and progress.
\nHelp identify and report any issues that could delay the launch.<\/p>\n
Site Readiness<\/p>\n
Check that all necessary equipment, inventory, and documents are ready before the launch.
\nHelp confirm that permits and licenses are processed.
\nConduct simple site inspections to ensure readiness.<\/p>\n
Stakeholder Coordination<\/p>\n
Work with internal teams like Tech, Star Development, Hypercare, and Operations to ensure effective launch of new sites
\nAssist in liaising with external stakeholders like landlords, community leaders, and security providers to ensure effective launch and proper handover of new sites.<\/p>\n
Quality Assurance<\/p>\n
Maintain a rework rate of \u22645% on all site launches assigned to them
\nIdentify reasons for rework and make suggestions on corrective measures to improve quality
\nTake part in periodic audits on site launches to ensure compliance with standards<\/p>\n
Reporting and Communication<\/p>\n
Provide regular updates to the Site Launch Team Lead on Go-live progress
\nPresent data and insights on site launches during Expansion team meetings
\nEnsure all information, contacts, assets and any documents are handed over to the respective department post launch day.<\/p>\n
Qualifications<\/p>\n
Diploma or bachelor degree in business, project management, or a related field
\nBasic knowledge of project coordination, sales event planning and coordination
\nHands-on experience in sales, event planning and coordination
\nGood communication and teamwork skills
\nWillingness to travel frequently to remote locations
\nAbility to work under tight timelines and adapt quickly<\/p>\n
