Activities<\/p>\n
Payments<\/p>\n
Preparation of payments to suppliers and other creditors.
\nTimely payment (s) of all taxes (Product taxes, payroll taxes, withholding tax).
\nSubmitting payment forms to the treasury Manager and Accounting manager for verification and approval prior to submitting them to the shared center for processing.
\nSAP postings Coordination of all manual payments with the shared center as well as submitting proof of payments via ticketing tool.
\nFilling of payment related documents e.g payment MEMO and other bank instructions
\nTimely preparation of bill \/ govt payments list and submitting it to the treasurer then finance manager for validation before releasing payments to the bank.
\nProviding copy of proof of payments to the purchasing officer and suppliers<\/p>\n
Trade Financing<\/p>\n
Letter of credit Management (timely opening, booking and payment of LC\u2019s)
\nManaging bank guarantees and bonds applications.
\nCoordinating and managing loan applications and payments (short term)
\nAnalyzing finance costs and other bank charges as related to trade financing.
\nCoordinating with shared center (Manilla) for all matters in relation to payments and document management.<\/p>\n
Candidate Profile<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in Accounting\/ Finance
\nKnowledge of accounting software packages such as SAP & Excel.
\nExcellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.<\/p>\n
