\nWe\u2019re Hiring: Customer Service Interns\u00a0Location:\u00a0Dar Es Salaam, Tanzania
\nAt Intelligra Solutions Ltd, we\u2019re looking for motivated interns to join our Customer Service Department, with a focus on outbound calls.
\nWhat you\u2019ll be doing:<\/p>\n
Making outbound calls to remind customers on their bundle renewal
\nMaking outbound calls to onboard new customers
\nAssist in resolving customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy
\nGuiding customers on how to use the services
\nSupport the team in maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction
\nLearn and apply effective communication and customer service techniques during interactions<\/p>\n
What We\u2019re Looking For:<\/p>\n
A recent graduate in Business, IT, Communications, or a related field
\nStrong communication skills in both English and Swahili
\nGood interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
\nWillingness to learn and work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment
\nAttention to detail
\nFlexibility to work in shifts, if required
\nExperience in customer care, debt collection is an added advantage<\/p>\n
