\nPosition:\u00a0Accounts Manager \u2013 01 Post
\nInterest \/ Pre-qualification \/ Job Responsibilities:<\/p>\n
Manage petty cash and maintain accurate financial records.
\nPerform account reconciliations and ensure timely system postings.
\nPrepare statutory returns (PAYE, SDL, NSSF, HESLB) and ensure compliance.
\nHandle taxation, including withholding taxes and corporate tax.
\nSupport internal and external audits.
\nPrepare payroll and ensure accuracy of transactions.
\nEnsure timely financial reporting (monthly and quarterly).
\nManage banking relationships and financial transactions.
\nMaintain fixed asset register and schedules.
\nCollaborate with departments to improve financial efficiency.
\nOversee budgeting and forecasting processes and monitor budget performance.
\nPrepare management accounts and financial analysis reports for decision-making.
\nEnsure strong internal financial controls and compliance with IFRS.<\/p>\n
Academic Qualification & Experience Requirements:<\/p>\n
Minimum bachelor\u2019s degree in accounting, Finance or related subjects.
\nCertified Public Accountant (CPA) is a MUST.
\nMinimum 5 years professional experiences in Accounting\/Finance role is a MUST.
\nPreferably Experience in working with Microfinance\/Financial Institutions\/Banks\/Audit Firms\/Consultancy firm.
\nProficient in the use of MS Office Package and financial management software (e.g. SAP).<\/p>\n
