Key Duties & Responsibilities<\/p>\n
Payment confirmation
\nDaily order booking
\nATC Creation
\nOpen ATC management
\nATC movement record keeping
\nITA creation
\nIssuance of ATCs to transport department\/customer\/customer representative
\nCompany order creation procedures compliance
\nSales officer\/coordinator team coordination (for order creation)
\nTransport and logistics coordination (to ensure seamless dispatch)
\nCompilation of customer service sales report
\nMaintenance of strict customer account statements confidentiality
\nCustomer account balance confirmation
\nCustomer queries management
\nDevelopment and implementation of customer experience improvement tactics and strategies
\nCollation of periodic sales reports for review and submission to DCLT Management
\nAlarm raising (in time) any observations, events or compliance breaches that have the potential to adversely impact sales operations
\nIdentification and recommendation of sales operation improvement to the Head of Sales & Marketing<\/p>\n
Professional Qualifications, Experience, Skills and Competencies<\/p>\n
Bachelor\u2019s degree in commerce\/business administration or any Other Related Business studies
\nAt least 2 years of working experience in a sales operations position
\nCustomer service management
\nExcellent communication skills both verbal and written (English and Swahili)
\nStrong leadership skills
\nReport complication
\nProblems solving skills
\nTeamwork skills\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n
